1.Installation and commissioning
1.1 General note
- Before installation, the equipment should first be connected to the foundation, Then install the discharge transportation .
- If it is the concrete foundation, it is required to check the depth of the foundation holes, remove the debris in the holes, place the anchor bolts according to the position, and place two pairs of wedge-shaped washers next to each foundation hole. If the height of the wedge-shaped pad iron is not enough, you can add flat pad iron under the wedge-shaped pad iron.
- The manufacturer’s assembly markings should be noted during installation.
- Dust and protective coatings shall be removed from the mating or bonding surfaces of all parts and eliminate defects during transportation.
- All mating surfaces of the part must be lubricated, with dry oil on the fixed surfaces and thin oil on the movable surfaces.
- If the machine is left for a long period of time, the bearings should be cleaned with clean oil and refilled with grease according to the instructions.
- Pay attention to protect the friction surface, do not use unclean oils and cotton gauze to scrub the surface, and use a protective plate or clean canvas to cover the areas that are easily soiled and scratched.
- Installation should be accordance with the technical requirements on the assembly drawings.
- In order to prevent dust, a layer of rubber asbestos cardboard 0.5-1.0mm thick is permitted on the shell bonding surface.
1.2 Installation
1) Footer installation (if required) )
- Insert the ground bolt into the foundation hole
- Placement of wedge shims on each of the small piers
- Spot weld each set of wedge washers to prevent loosening.
- Pour cement mortar into the footing holes after righting the footing bolts
- Screw on the nut after the initial solidification and check the level of the shell again to confirm that there is no error before the second filling work under the base
- Before filling should be compressed air to blow clean the dust on the foundation surface, wet the surface with water and dry the surface water with fabric
- Fill with mortar (cement: sand: gravel 1:1:1.5), fill tightly and maintain (4-7 days, depending on temperature)
- Tighten the ground bolts.
2) Correct installation is one of the conditions for good subsequent use.It must be carried out properly and meet the requirements of the technical conditions.
- The equipment should be installed on a foundation that ensures adequate stability during operation.
- Check the equipment for debris. The equipment must be cleaned. No debris, so as not to affect the performance of the equipment or damage to the equipment.
- All coupling bolts must be tightened to a reliable level .
- After installation, check for compliance.
- The equipment installation must meet the required conditions.
- After the installation ,it must be unloaded test running, test running is divided into single test running and joint test running . After the success of stand-alone test running, then carry out joint test running.
Before the test run, check whether the electrical equipment is correctly connected to the design requirements,and meet the good grounding.
Before the test run, it must be ensured that each reducer and bearing have enough lubricant.
No-load test run continuous operation for more than 2 hours ,then check the correctness of the equipment assembly, found to be not in line with the following conditions should be immediately stop, treat and run again until it is in good operating condition.
- The equipment should run smoothly and reliably, without loosening of fasteners.
- Bearing temperature rise ≤30℃ after 2 hours of operation,good lubrication and sealing.
- The reducer has no oil seepage, no abnormal sound, and the electrical equipment and coupling are safe and reliable.
- Equipment operation noise meets the site production requirements and the specification requirements.
2. Operation
2.1 Commissioning and operation
Before the first test run of the equipment, it must be checked strictly according to the following points:
- Greasing of spindle bearings and drive section bearings
- If there is any other items in the machine.
- Remove any undesirable metallic clanking noises.
- Tighten the bolts of each part and the ground bolts.
- If the motor rotating is in the right direction
- If all doors are securely closed.
Do not operate the machine without training or authorization!
Do not operate the machine without authorization.If there is any safety hazard, stop using it.Make sure it is safe to use.
2.2 Debugging
The hand auto button is turned to the manual position, the feed motor runs, the knife clicks run, the shaftless screw motor runs, the dust collection motor runs, and the inclined screw motor runs ,then the green run start button light is on, press red button to stop.
Hand automatic button is turned to the automatic position, press the alarm reset & initialization, the equipment will be initialized, initialization is completed pause indicator light flashes, press the green run button, the run indicator light is always on, you can manually carry the bag of materials to the belt machine (if changed to robotic handling need to rectify the system). Press the yellow pause button, pause indicator light is always on. If it runs again, press the green run button. Every time the machine is switched on or after a malfunction is lifted, the alarm must be reset & initialized.
Left main power :main switch. three-phase power: feed power, cutter motor,screw motors,Dust collection motor and inclined screw motor.
If the cylinder magnetic switch is not in place for 10s or the thermal relay protection action fault indicator flashes, press the emergency stop button and enter the equipment to deal with why the cylinder magnetic switch is not in place, or open the distribution cabinet to reset the thermal relay.
Tap the hydraulic lifting mechanism, need to ensure that lifting in place and return to the low position accurately, the low position has a buffer pad, need to be installed reliably. Need to check the oil circuit, pipeline, pump station without oil leakage.
Equipment servicing:The cutter belt is checked weekly and cleaned up , the motor is checked monthly if overload and lack or oil light and cleaned up , the cylinder is checked and cleaned up once in two weeks, the bearing seat grease injection port grease injection and the hydraulic pump station is overhauled once a month, and all of them are overhauled and cleaned up every half a year, and the dust filter cartridges are checked whether they are broken or not once every two months.
Note: The electric hoist must not be tilted for lifting
Make sure that the power supply is disconnected before starting to operate the equipment.
The motor current should always be kept within the rated current,and if it is frequently overloaded, the feeding quantity should be reduced. The operator of the control system should be able to visualize the current change of the main motor in order to adjust the feeding volume of the feeder in time to avoid any unexpected accidents!
2.3 Stop running
Turn off the plate feeders feeding the unit in sequence from a distance, and then turn off the unit after the plate feeders have come to a standstill. Security measure is ready , then can use .
